In addition to our general sessions, we'll be providing workshop tracks you can choose from to ensure you can get the most out of your convention experience.
There are a total of 4 Workshop tracks. The workshops will be run on both day 2 and day 3. The goal of the workshops is to go deep on a topic. They will be highly interactive and engaging. Each workshop is delivered throughout the day in 3 parts. Each attendee will choose 1 workshop track each day. That means they'll be able to attend a total of 2 (of 4) workshops throughout the convention.
Franchisees will be responsible for registering their center attendees for their workshops.

New participants will require only a half hour of TalentLMS coursework after convention to complete their Mindset Certification!

What is the dress code?
The attire for convention is business casual during sessions. For the awards banquet and afterparty, we encourage everyone to dress in party chic attire in the theme of Denim & Diamonds.

I'm a Bonvoy member-can I book through the app?
Marriott Bonvoy Members: To guarantee the discounted rate under the block, attendees MUST book through the link provided, not their Marriott account. We can add their Bonvoy number after the reservation has been created
What are the parking options for the hotel?
Currently, our daily valet rate is $22 , and the overnight rate is $42. There is a self-parking garage connected to the hotel and though they do not own or operate it, attendees are welcome to self-park there for $18 daily & overnight with no in-and-out privileges.
When will we have downtime for planning team activities and networking?
While the agenda is still in development, the following times are windows you can use for planning:
- Tuesday 7/30 (for early arrivers)
- Wednesday, 7/31 after 7PM
- Thursday, 8/1 after 5PM
