Spiralizer
This is a fun concept where you create “noodles” from vegetables. Zucchini are the most common choice, but you can spiralize carrots, sweet potatoes, rutabaga and more. There are a range of prices available; the least expensive, middle of the road and high end.
Soda Maker
Soda makers are a healthy alternative to sodas but more fun than plain water. Enjoy the sparkling water plain or add any variety of juices - lemon, lime, orange or even 100% juice concentrates such as concord grape juice. Here is one option.
Apple Corer and Slicer
Fresh apples are a great sweet treat without the added sugar! This apple corer and slicer allows kiddos to safely cut and core fresh apples for an easy and quick snack. Pair the sliced apples with some non-hydrogenated peanut butter.

Store bought popsicles and smoothies usually have added sugars and dairy, therefore excluding them for our Balance 360 families. Easily make your own and enjoy them at home or pack in your lunch using these silicone molds.
Chocolate
Chocolate is good for the spirit! Most chocolates have added refined sugars, dairy and other ingredients we are steering clear of on Balance 360. Here is one company making dairy free chocolate bars sweetened with honey. Here is another company using maple sugar as their sweetener.
